The completely newly designed system is based on a modular concept, extendable without any constructional modification.

Container modules can be adapted in height, width and depth to the various building conditions for obtaining an optimum in capacity/logistics and price/storage space.

The rotating conveying system in the container guarantees a space saving storage of sleeves on only ONE carrier system for all heights and diameters.

Ready for rapid presentation all kinds of sleeves can be stored and smoothly transported, always protected against contamination or deformation.
Input and output can be operated manually or automatically through an integrated gripper and drive system, movable horizontally and vertically.

A holding mandril fixes the sleeve on a padded carrier plate – so the gripper never gets in contact with the sleeve surface, guaranteeing a careful handling from the storage module to the printing machine..

For integration into the work’s logistics appropriate transport systems with new carrier system are available. From a transfer station the sleeves are safely transported to the printing machine and back, either manually, by trolley or power driven.
